Anoka, Minnesota: Mate Precision Tooling announced introduction of Trumpf Style Tool Cartridges for use with TruPunch 1000-Series punch presses.*
These are high performance, lightweight designed tool cartridges that hold matching punches, strippers and dies. When loaded with the specified tooling components for a particular punching job, the cartridges are quickly and easily inserted into the linear magazine of the press for punching. Multiple cartridges are used in TruPunch 1000-Series machines, plus the 200, 500R and 600L machines. This allows for setting up tooling for a particular job off-line while another job is being punched in the press.
Fully OEM compatible, Mate’s new Trumpf style tooling cartridges handle Mate’s complete line of high performance tooling for the Trumpf TruPunch 1000-Series punch presses. These include Mate’s Next™, LongLife™, QuickLock™ and standard Trumpf style tooling systems.
